Our Investment Casting Process
A structured and controlled process to ensure precision, consistency, and reliable performance in every casting.
01. Tooling & Wax Pattern Injection
Wax is injected into precision dies to create accurate patterns.
02. Pattern Assembly
Multiple wax patterns are assembled onto a central runner.
03. Ceramic Shell Building
Patterns are coated with ceramic layers to form a strong mold.
04. Dewaxing
Wax is removed, leaving a hollow ceramic shell.
05. Preheating
Shells are heated to prepare for metal pouring.
06. Metal Pouring
Molten metal is poured into the prepared molds.
07. Cooling & Solidification
Metal cools and forms the final component shape.
08. Knockout & Cutting
Shell is broken and individual parts are separated.
09. Finishing & Machining
Cast parts are cleaned, ground, and machined to achieve required dimensions.
10. Inspection & Dispatch
Each component is inspected and securely packed for delivery.
